Bushra
Ansari is a popular Pakistani TV Actresses who was born in 1956 in District Karachi
of Sindh Province in the home of Ahmad Bashir who was a prominent journalist
and writer. From her date of birth till date Bushra Ansari age is 65 years.
She was an all-rounder in her field. Bushra was not only an actress but also a host
and a singer. She played much more comedian roles in TV dramatizations and
stage programs.
Education:
Bushra Ansari got her initial education from Lady Griffin School.
When she did matriculation got admitted to Lahore College from where she
completed intermediate and achieved
Degree in Bachelor of Arts from Waqarunnisa College, Rawalpindi in 1977.

Ansari got married to a person namely Iqbal Ansari in June 1978 who was a TV
producer at that time. She gave birth to two daughters. Her first daughter was
Nariman Ansari who by profession was a photographer and was always engaged in
photojournalism. Her second and younger daughter was Meera Ansari is doing
modeling.
Bushra Ansari career as an artist
From
childhood Bushra was anxious to appear on Pakistan Television. That’s the
reason that she would force her mother to take her Television Station in
Lahore. In those days a kids program ‘Kaiyon ka Maala’ was playing on PTV. By
some means, she joined that music show and used to sing on regular basis. As she
was so enthusiastic, consequently she met with Farooq Qaiser who was performing
the role of uncle Sargam in a show ‘Kaliyan’. In that show, the voice would play on
puppets. She also played the voice-over of a small lamb in the show. Bushra Ansari
would sometimes sing-song for that show.
She
did her first drama in the production of her first husband Iqbal Ansari. Then
she started smoothly a series of super hit dramas. Her first and popular dramas
were; Angan Terha, Show Time, Fifty Fifty, Show
Sha, Rang Tarang, and Emergency Ward.

She was a well-liked and multitalented actress. Besides
acting and singing, she won much fame in the field of comparing. She played
stage shows and live to compare as well. She also wrote popular dramas for
Pakistan Television. For her excellent skills and performance, Bushara Ansari
was awarded Pride of Performance in 1989. The president of Pakistan Pervez
Musharraf awarded her with the presidential award. The former prime minister of
Pakistan Benazir Bhutto gave a Women’s achievement award.
